Enjoy a succulent meal of King crab and cap it all off with

you might imagine, there’s plenty to do in the winter months. Ride a
husky-drawn sled under the splendor of the Northern Lights. Say hi to the
reindeer at a wildlife preserve or go on an ice fishing expedition.
Day 01 :
Fly/Kirkenes
Arrive
to Kirkenes Airport and transfer by shuttle to your hotel in Kirkenes.In the
late afternoon, get ready for your first real Arctic adventure—a thrilling
dog-sledding tour through the Pasvik Valley along Norway’s north-eastern
border. If conditions are right, you may even see the northern lights dancing
across the night sky! This activity includes dinner in a traditional Sami tent,
or lavvu. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 :
Kirkenes
Your
morning is free to relax or explore your surroundings at your leisure. After
lunch, your next adventure is a guided snowmobile safari over the mountains and
surrounding area. Back in Kirkenes, you have an hour at the hotel to refresh
and gather your belongings for your overnight at the Snow Hotel. After your
transfer to this unique hotel and a short "kick-sled" ride, you will
enjoy a three-course meal by the fireplace at the on-site Gabba Restaurant and
then prepare for an amazing night in your special suite made of snow and ice!
Day 03 :
Kirkenes
Spend
the morning warming up in the Snow Hotel’s sauna, enjoying a hearty breakfast
and visiting the on-site reindeer park before returning to the hotel in
Kirkenes. Shortly after lunchtime, it's time for your final Arctic activity—a
King Crab Safari! Your guides will take you by snowmobile-sleigh over the
frozen sea to the spot where you will assist with pulling up today’s catch. The
reward for your efforts will be an enticing snack of freshly cooked crab in a
rustic fishing hut. After returning to your hotel in Kirkenes, spend the rest
of the evening at your leisure.
Day 04 :
Kirkenes/Tromso
After
breakfast, you will depart to Tromso, check in to hotel. Rest of the time at
leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05 :
Tromso
After
breakfast, go for the Lapland Northern Lights Tour From Tromso after that you
will visit The Polar Museum.Overnight at hotel.
Day 06 :
Tromso/Fly
- Meet & Greet services by our local representative at the airport.
- Stay in 4 star hotels.
- 5 nights accommodation.
- 5 breakfasts.
- Sightseeing as per the itinerary.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
- Date of booking to 30 days the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost.
- 30 to 15 days - the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
- 15 to 7 days - the cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.Less than 7 days - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given
- No show - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
Cancellation
Policy is subject to change. It's purely depends upon the cancellation policy
of respective hotels. In Peak seasons, Some hotels may charge 100%
cancellation. Refunds normally take 10 working days after the cancellation
request has been raised & transferred electronically to your bank account.
